RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Initiate a Return

Our customer service team will provide you with specific return instructions and the return address based on your product and location. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service for your protection. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
• Sale items or clearance products
• Gift cards
• Used, worn or damaged products
• Items without original packaging and tags
• Custom or personalized products
• Intimate or sanitary goods

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

• For Online Payments: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10-15 business days after approval

• For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer within 10-15 business days after approval. Please provide your complete bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name) via email

Please note that refund processing may take additional time due to product inspection and verification. Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 20 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us immediately.
