• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on factors beyond our control.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer competitive shipping rates to make your shopping experience affordable:

• FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹999
• Flat shipping fee of ₹49 for orders below ₹999

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.

Special promotions or discount codes may offer free or reduced shipping. Check our website regularly for ongoing offers.


4. ORDER TRACKING

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way:

• Courier service delays or operational issues
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Remote or hard-to-reach locations

7. WRONG ADDRESS AND UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing your order.

We are not responsible for:
• Delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear shipping addresses
• Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts:
• The courier will make 2-3 delivery attempts

• If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us
• Return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability

8. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not been dispatched
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it as per our Return and Refund Policy
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days


9. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items) or within 7 days of expected delivery date (for lost items)
• Provide your order number and relevant details
• We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue promptly
• For damaged items, please share photos of the damaged product and packaging
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate


10. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

If you order multiple items:
• Items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery
• You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order
• All items will be delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe


11. UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

We reserve the right to cancel orders to addresses that are deemed undeliverable by our courier partners, including:
• PO Box addresses (for certain products)
• Military or restricted areas
• Locations not serviceable by our courier partners

In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund.
